How to enable Active Content in Internet Explorer

In Internet Explorer, click Tools, Internet Options..., and click on the "Advanced" tab. Scroll down to the Security section and click on the second option, "Allow active content to run in files on My Computer." You should no longer see the warning when viewing the tutorials.
